Plas|Bossinade

Vivienne Verlinden studied Dutch law at the State University of Groningen, after which she attended the full time postgraduate training at the Grotius Academie that lasted one year. She has been a lawyer since 1989. She began her career at Ekelmans Den Hollander in Amsterdam and joined PlasBossinade in 1990. Her specializations are corporate law, business contracts, intellectual property law and ICT-law. She also completed the Grotius Academie in the field of Dutch and European competition law and law pertaining to informatics.
Apart from her activities as a lawyer Vivienne is a member of the Copyright Law Association [Vereniging voor Auteursrecht] and of the Information-technology and Law Association [vereniging voor informatietechnologie en Recht]. She also served on the Board of Supervision of the Netherlands Bar for many years.
