By properly linking the individual and the organization together HR-manager Marianne Riemersma sees to it that everyone at PlasBossinade is able to perform his work pleasantly and at a high-level quality standard.
Marianne Riemersma deals with personnel policy in the broadest sense of the word. She advises the Management Board of PlasBossinade about employee matters, she is responsible for the process of inflow, outflow and churning and she is the contact person for the employees where day-to-day matters are concerned.
Apart from that Marianne Riemersma lends support to the Management Board and the partners of the firm with regard to the organization of the firm. In this respect among other things she is involved in the management process of the firm, never losing her eye for the key position of the individual.
